"First, I wasn’t aware that it was an extended‑stay property — that part was on me. Because of that, I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be the usual hotel amenities like a coffee maker in the room, facial tissues, or different‑sized towels. There were also people coming and going at all hours of the night, along with food smells from guests cooking in their rooms.
Aside from missing those items and the noise/smells, the room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of TV channels available."
