“The location and overall accommodations we absolutely perfect. Very clean and comfortable and lots to do around the area. We were there primarily for a concert at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, but took the opportunity to explore the neighborhood. Aaron was great to communicate with, not intrusive, just extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again.”

“This is a very clean and well supplied apartment. There were plenty of towels, shower products and coffee for our use . The bed was really comfortable.There were clear instructions for use of tv and air conditioning. I received an email making sure all was going well and contact information if it was required. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. Just be aware it is above a coffee shop that is staffed from 6am. You may hear movement and muffled speaking. You may also be aware……

“Stay was great. Property was as described and check in/check out was easy. Space was a good size for 2 adults and a dog. Easy access to downtown and other areas in Bend. ”

“We had only 1 criteria for booking a stay which was it had to gave a pool and hot tub. We were in Bend to ride bikes. Post ride hot tub was a priority. When we get there the pool hot tube area was gated and required a pass key. The host provided no pass key. When confronted the host gave me a song and dance then suggested I flag someone inside the area to open the gate.We paid for a hot tub, we shouldnt have to act like dirtbag ski bums poaching a hot tub. Additionally the towels smelled rancid……

“It was nice to have the river outside the deck. The property has some updates, but still looks like an older property. We enjoyed the restaurant, it was nice to sit outside on the beautiful patio. When checking in you need to provide a credit card for incidentals, which is fine. We found out we were billed 195 after check out. Thank goodness I checked my credit card statement. Communication with the management company was good but it did take 3 weeks to get that money credited back. Just make……

“We had multiple issues with the unit and overall it is not well kept and I would have rather stayed in a chain motel.The carpets had stains everywhere, cabinets had damage to them and everything was very dated. We found that there were no sheets or pillow cases for the couch sofa so we called and were told the manager that was supposed to be on site was 2 hours away and there was nothing they could do. My wife had to go to Walmart at 9:30 at night to buy a sheet set so my son had a place to……
