“everything runs well.we d back again.”

“Wonderful stay. Unique loved it!”

“Clean & comfortable. Wonderful location in a beautiful town”

“Within walking distance to all the downtown activities and amenities. Well kept , I would stay again.”

“Unfortunately, our stay fell well below basic cleanliness and sanitation standards. Upon arrival, we found numerous mouse droppings on the kitchen counter, spider webs, and other cleanliness issues. We also found wood debris on the counter and a soaking wet bath towel that raised concerns about whether the towels had been properly laundered. We cleaned the mouse droppings ourselves because we needed a sanitary surface for food preparation. Although the property manager offered to send someone……

“Nice place to stay.”

“The place was clean except for the rug in the living room that needs to be replaced because that's the first thing you see when you walk in . The refrigerator is very small. The mattress is extra firm which I don't mind but my husband hated and the bathroom sink is very tiny. Don't even try to brush your teeth in it or you will wind up with water all over you and your feet. It's in a perfect location and it worked well for what we needed. Just beware if you're coming with a bunch of food it will……

“It was a very cute place to stay! Very nice for alittle get away! ”

“Our second stay. Great place. Cute. Clean. Hosts are great with communications. Will def stay again”

“Remodeled house, clean and has all features needed for a family”

“Great place to stay w/ easy access to downtown Spearfish, the river and its trail system. The hosts were spectacular in solving a late night issue we had. We appreciated their help so much!”

“Lots of space/beds. Nice having (2) full bathrooms and large kitchen ”

“The property was nice but nothing special. ”

“We were in town for a wedding in Spearfish and decided to stay in downtown area, and chose this little cottage based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! We had everything we needed, easy parking, warm cottage with all the amenities. The locals are SO FRIENDLY! We LOVED the area, and definitely are considering a return trip for a vacation getaway to explore the region in a bit warmer weather. We will definitely stay at this property again!”

“Pool was warm and just a short walk to it! Only had to reach out for one thing and was very helpful! Had a wonderful time and lots of space to spread out! The downstairs TV did not seem to work and basement was cold otherwise would stay again! ”

“My family and I were delighted with the cabin, particularly its location and visual appeal. The communal facilities, including the heated pool and hot tub, were fantastic. Given our large family size, the cabin's spaciousness was a significant advantage. We'll definitely return, and the cabin's amenities made our Memorial weekend family gathering in the hills truly special.”

“Great little property for hotel alternative. Location is awesome. Walkable to downtown as well as lots of trails around the river that runs through town. Clean and quiet. Plus they let our dogs stay with us. A must for us. Thank you!”

“It's a couple blocks from downtown easily walkable we took morning strolls with the kids on the sidewalk. East parking, loaded with things to cook with. I would suggest a drying rack for those who don't want to run the dishwasher at half. The floorboards are messed up in the bathroom and he kitchen and should be fixed. We have 3 kids and they were comfortable with enough to do and parks to go to but I would suggest some outlet covers to protect those of us that have crawling babies :) overall……
