"I usually don’t complain but this experience was bad. We came after midnight with a reservation (was late bc of traffic) I go to open the door to check in and it’s locked! I had to call where thankfully someone answered and I let him know we were there, didn’t say a word just hung up then came to the door and let us in. Was not hospitable and just short in tone. Got to our room which I will say the room was not bad itself. We had been traveling and wanted a drink, go to vending and ALL drinks were out, so then I’m like let’s just get ice…Ice machine did not work! I wish I was done but I’m not…went to get a hot shower in the am and the water would NOT get hot, not even warm. I did have a whole bagel and apple for breakfast so there’s that 😮💨 all in all they say you get what you pay for but I thought an unlocked door and warm water was an understanding."
