“The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in.”

“Internet was terrible as well as the TV since the internet was bad the TV couldn't catch live channels but had apps on there to watch movies but they was old..was noisy an people steady coming an going..pool was small an crowded. Price was ok, front desk clerk was good. No cold water in the sink so only had hot scorching water. Shower has no water pressure”

“The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. The baseboard in the bathroom barely covered broken and moldy wallboard. The baseboard was so far away from the wallboard that they used screws to……
