「Stay was fine, hotel was fine. Pool was broke so we couldn’t enjoy the amenity. Area is ok - Iron Horse restaurant recommended by hotel staff was terrible. 」

「Visiting for graduation. First, I would say the Customer service and attention given by front desk female agent and housekeeping was awesome. The male guest service agent needs some classes and observe how other agents provide great C.S. he's not friendly and lack basic C.S. The room we were given smelled of loud funky urine. However, we were properly accommodated. The rooms are roomy, the furniture could use updating and the pillows are uncomfortable. It's convenient to the interstate,...

「This is a beautiful property in a convenient location. I really liked the friendly staff, especially in the breakfast room and at the front desk. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby.」

「Very satisfying stay. Room was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was last day the coffee and breakfast was out of completely out of eggs, Coffee, waffles. The day before was great so No big deal. Maybe they got busy and I came down at the wrong time. 」

「Our family stay was really nice. The lobby area and suite was comfortable and cleanliness was on point. The only complaint would be the pool was green/closed (end of May 2024) and had to request blanket/comforter for the pull out bed. The cover was delivered quite quickly though.
