“After seeing some fairly negative reviews I was a little reluctant to book a stay, but I ended up taking the gamble and I’m glad I did, because I’ve gone to Breezy Point before and always had a great time, and this was a much more affordable option, right on the property! The negative reviews mention not having luck with their reservations, I am going to chalk this up to user error. I booked through Expedia and called the property to confirm they got my reservation, they confirmed they did and……

“We were lucky enough to book this at the last minute. What a great find! The place was super clean. All linens were in good shape, plumbing and fixtures all worked really well. Very nicely equipped kitchen. The amenities were just what we needed. The playground is in excellent condition and located in a perfect spot to view from our patio. The pool was so refreshing. We didn't use the beach much (due to weather) but it was very clean and inviting. They even have a really nice play room for……

“Girls weekend at this property and it was perfect - clean, perfect size, beautiful vibes. Loved the fireplace, proximity to the water (and access to kayaks), and within 3 miles of a wonderful walking trail, downtown, and fun restaurants and activities. The kitchen was well stocked and the communication was wonderful! Would recommend.”

“The girls in my book club and myself had a wonderful stay! The cabin was nice and spacious and gave us plenty of space to spread out and read. The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed us to easily cook and eat in the home. The location is conveniently right off the main road and was very easy to get to. Management. Was really accommodating and allowed us to do early check-in, which was super nice! My only constructive feedback was I could not find any spare blankets in any of the closets. Also……
