“The only positive thing about our stay at this hotel was that the A/C blew cold. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. The room was filthy, and when we asked simply for the floor to be mopped we were met with attitude. The breakfast was very limited and not child friendly. All the sheets and towels were stained terribly.”

There was something that looked like blood one of the rooms light switch and the door was hard to open because it’s dragging the floor. My other room was okay other than black crumbs on one of the beds. The whole time we was there if felt like they were waiting for a reason to tell us something. “My stay was not very comfortable. The air conditioner was caked with dust/dirt, the paint from the wall was bubbling, falling off the wall, there were holes in the shower, there was such a big gap underneath the door someone literally could have laid down, looked under my door and seen inside the room. My room also had bugs! The cleaning staff was also loud as all get out all hours of the night, slamming doors, slamming their rolling cart all down the hallways. I paid almost $200 for two nights……
