Shower would never get hot even when turned all the way up. And at 530a.m there was a fire alarm and the hitel fought to give a refund that i still have not seen 15 days later

The rooms were so beautiful, the casino was a hit or miss, the parking is easy in the garage. The staff was nice for the most part, but there was a few misinformations given to me when it came to questions I had. Overall I would give it 9/10. I would come back again!
