「Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni.」

「Hotel was conveniently located. Self parking on-site was great. Welcoming lacked a bit with the gentleman who checked us in, however the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pristine and spacious. Would have been nice to have extra pods of regular coffee in the room for early am. Did not do breakfast as it ended at 9:00 am.」

「Not quite sure who is to blame but we booked this stay about a week eary through Expedia and paid for one night stay. When we showed up on Tuesday evening to check in, there was no room avaiable. The girl at the front desk tried to find something and seemed like she cared but informed us that they did not have a room for us. She said we needed to contact Expedia to get a refund.
