Our house is located in the historic district of the Armand Peugeot family, the start of the Morgat station dating from the end of the 19th century and whose street bears his name.
It has just been enlarged and completely renovated, combining old and modern, it offers you all the comfort of a charming house.
On the ground floor you will access by an entrance open to the new kitchen and its dining room, a large reception room, a bedroom with its own indoor shower room, a toilet and direct access to the terrace and the garden. Please note the garden is accessible by a few steps.
Upstairs you will access 2 beautiful bedrooms separated on the landing by a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Morgat beach a few steps away offers calm family swimming at the bottom of the bay, but there are many others very different in their exposure, size and access, some of which will give you the opportunity to practice many sports. sliding beautiful steps and magnificent panoramic views.
The reef can be visited on foot (120km of coastal paths is the GR 34) partly by bike but also by sail or motor, kayak or paddle to discover one of the many caves (over 400!) or the most accessible coves from the sea.
And a few hundred meters you will reach the shops, restaurants, bars and the port of Morgat as well as seasonal activities (craft night markets, Tuesdays in Morgat and other fireworks on July 14 and August 15!) walk.
And you will be speechless in front of the grandiose shows of Cap de la Chèvre, the virgin island or the tip of Pen Hir to name a few, wonders of nature and protected territory
The peninsula is a wilderness that we have the heart to preserve but that we like to share.
