“I have stayed on St. John several times and Poi Pu is my favorite villa yet! It has a swiss family robinson tree house vibe. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was welcome but the loft had a nice breeze such that our friend who stayed there had no problem sleeping comfortable underneath blankets. The setup is wonderful and the shower is so cool! You feel like you are under the sea! Our daughters adored the pool. The sunrise and sunset views from the wraparound porch were picturesque and we all……

“We had an outstanding stay at Seascape. Beautiful Property. Meticulously landscaped with exceptional views of Saint Thomas and all the smaller islands and keys. Nightly sunset views from basically anywhere in the villa. Very Secure location and private. The pool and patio area feel like a private oasis. The Villa is equipped with everything possible, including beach and snorkel gear, coolers, etc and the kitchen is fully loaded, which made our life very easy not to mention every room was……

“Our second time staying on St. John in recent years (visited '23 last) and Edward's condo was perfect for our family of 5! The living room and kitchen furnishings provided ample space and comfort, and the bedrooms were nicely decorated and had A/C. The location was ideal along Centerline, and the driveway was easily manageable with the Jeep (called Edward to find the property and he directed us). The view from the porch was incredible, and the back porch with rinse spigot made snorkel clean-up……

“We enjoyed our time at this home. The three flights of stairs are only an issue when transporting luggage. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The bed is a memory foam, which my husband reacts to negatively, so he had to sleep on the couch. Beware if you have that problem as well. Overall, we would recommend staying here. We enjoyed it and St John very much.”
