The expansive wrap around balcony overlooks the entire parish of St Peter and the view is incomparable. Only seven minutes away from the airport, five minutes from the sea port and three minutes away from the main hub. You will enjoy the perfect balance between privacy and accessibility. The property boasts of well-kept gardens, sparkling pool, and outdoor kitchen and dining area with a charming pergola which creates an ambiance of serenity. All available at your convenience. Our expansive patio which shows breathtaking views is a haven for relaxation and recreation. Nearby you will find a wealth of amenities to include the local bank, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurant and bars, beauty salon, ice-cream parlor and much more.

Very nice place to stay
The view from the very large terrasse is really breathtaking! The pool is very clean and enjoyable at any time, which is a plus. The accomodation is very well situated to enjoy easily Montserrat. No problem as there is a parking for the car(highly recommandable to rent one); Rooms are large and clean. The host are helpful and waited for us for a late check in due to ferry delay. Don't miss the buried city tour with Sun they can arrange for you. Check you have got the itinerary to reach the house. We recommend Montserrat and this accomodation.

Vip with a view
Loved our stay. Host was instrumental in securing our tour guide and taxis for dinner out not to mention an 8 pm email to alert my husband of a hockey game on channel 304! Home is high on a hill with the most spectacular views towards Nevis and the pool was a great place to relax with a beer after a busy tour day. Do wake yourself up during the night and do some star gazing from the deck. Would not hesitate to book again if we are lucky enough to return to the “Emerald Island”.

Stunning views, helpful and friendly staff
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kulcha's property. The balcony had incredible panoramic views of the sea. There is a pool downstairs and extremely kind and attentive staff. Highly recommend. We will be back!
