I really enjoyed my stay in Meson de las Delicias with my family. The atmosphere is calm and very comfortable, nice art details in the building and a helpful staff. Museums and great restaurants at walking distance. Hope we’ll be back soon. Just one suggestion, more variety in the breakfast menu would be very welcome.

This is the 3rd time I stay in this hotel, excelent customer service especially from Alejandro, always offering to help with luggage, offering waters, offering to clean the room. Restaurant breakfasts was delicious, they also open the restaurant the whole day on Fridays and Saturdays. Very convenient location, a few minutes walking to downtown Cuernavaca, I recommend staying here for a romantic weekend or family getaway.

Very central-walkable to all main Cuernavaca’s sites. Nice staff, big swimming pool is a good plus in July. Have nothing to complain about and would gladly stay there during my next visit.

It was centrally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums and lots of parks. I would definitely stay there again. Felt very safe. I would suggest that the hotel invest in heavier blankets or comforters.

The rooms were quite nice and, with one exception, well maintained. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful from the valet parking which was free to the front desk. The included breakfast was a good value and again the staff were very nice at the restaurant. Parking is limited but the staff juggles the cars around and we had no problems. One problem we did have was that the air conditioning in our first room did not work and it was a warm day. They offered us another room but it was smaller and definitely not as nice as the first and they were unwilling to give us a lower price. However they did find another room comparable to the one we originally booked and all was well. Despite this glitch we really liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The place has a lovely Garden and is really quite nice.
