“From the moment we walked out of the airport everything was amazing. The resort had transportation waiting for us. There was no real check-in like most resorts, the taxi driver walked us right to our villa and vacation began. On this trip we chose not to rent a car so we hired Claudette Fritz to take us everywhere we wanted to go which was much cheaper than car rental. The house was amazing to say the least. “What a lovely villa! The pics don't do it justice! The bedrooms and living room are much more spacious. The location in the community is perfect as far as privacy. The owners have thought of absolutely everything one might need. We even loved the beach compared to the few others we saw on the island. It wasn't super-wide which would make for a long walk, it was completely uncrowded - most days we were the only ones there, and the water was gorgeous. Also, watching the cruise ships come in and go……

“Everything about this location is great. Communication with Donna Marie prior to arriving was super informative and helpful. The welcome guide you receive has a lot of useful information that we used to plan our trip. Upon arrival we were met at the rental car counter by Roger who escorted us to the house. “All in all a very nice place on the island. View from condo was magnificent with nice beach area lots to do in the area including casinos, restaurants and beautiful Mullet Bay Beach. I suggest seeing different beaches. One of our favorites being Fryers Bay Beach just a short distance away. Private pool on the patio was a great added touch for a late night/early morning swim. Would definitely stay at Sonrise 7 again”

“This stay was a mixed bag for our group of 4 kids aged 6-15 and 5 adults. Our check in process was not smooth but the owner was apologetic and tried to make it right. And I feel for the owners because I am sure the issues are not so much neglect as not completing repairs after the hurricane. Still, the pictures do not reflect the current state of the home. “First time at this property - it did not disappoint. This was our first time back in St Martin since the 2017 hurricane. We loved every minute of our 10 day stay. The villa was clean, well appointed (everything you need if you’re cooking). “This Villa provides everything we were looking for; amazing views, refreshing pool, private surroundings, comfortable beds, and close by grocery store (and restaurants). Having said that, we rented a jeep and cruised the entire island, which made coming back to the Villa that much more enjoyable. We would rent this spot again.”

“We had an amazing family vacation at Villa Pinel. Veronique was the greatest host. She helped coordinate with our chef to let him in the property prior to arrival so he could have dinner and drinks ready when we walked in the door. Through WhatsApp we were able to communicate with the host and had responses within 10 minutes. There was daily housekeeping if you needed it as well. The pictures don’t do the view justice. It feels unreal. The kayaks provided allowed us to venture to Pinel Island……
