"I'm an Electrician and was surprised at the crappy install of electrical receptacles... gaps between cover plate and wall and crooked. Major eyesore. Sancocho and chicken fingers were amazing. Some items at breakfast buffet were cold but should have been warm/hot. Scrambled eggs were cold and sitting in water. Omelet station and coffee were amazing. We are in Costa Rica now and I'm really missing their coffee 😢 The sea bass was incredible! Staff is mostly Spanish. Download spanish on your google translate app. Best English speaking was front desk. Everyone else is unapologetically Spanish. Pools were great."

"The spa was amazing, I never went to a spa that washes your feet before a massage. What an amazing experience. Job well done. The hotel was so nice and our room omg just beautiful, we stayed in the supreme corner room and enjoyed every moment. Next time we have to stay a longer time because our 5 days and 4 nights went by so quickly. Keep up the good work to all the staff, front desk staff, room service staff and house keeping were all amazing. Thank you all. "

"The hotel is nice overall and the rooms are nice (especially the bathrooms) however the noise level from the hotel’s own restaurant is ridiculous. loud music until 4am despite being in the room “that I wouldn’t hear anything” hotels should allow for sleeping and to tell us upon check in when we have no other option isn’t helpful. front desk and valet staff were very nice"
