“Booked this for NYE , sent the owner several messages that were not answered. Eventually I had to contact VRBO and they rebooked us into another apartment on NYE afternoon!! the day of check in. The owner still didn’t respond… Then I receive a message that my reservation is being canceled due to age .. (my husband and I are 40). ZERO STARS. I’ve NEVER left a negative review but this absolutely deserves one . ”
