“Everything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place. It's true that this system lacks relationships and human contact. The key handover system is absolutely perfect and efficient. Thank you, I will come back.”

“Chambre impeccable et tres comfortable.Pas de bruit malgre la proximite d une route passante. Tres bon sejour. Le check-in par le terminal tres facile .On n a pas de contact avec le personnel. Tout se fait par un clavier ainsi que la fourniture de la cle electronique tres pratique comme systeme..”

“We had a great time. Good location for Annecy and local supermarkets. Would recommend a day trip to Mont Blanc. Lovely welcome and send off from Joël. Amazing swimming pool and real value for money. It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families. ”

Un hôte très agréable et en écoute totale pour nous faire plaisir. Propreté complète. De belles balades qui sont proches du lac, la vue est bien présente et apaisante , le lac d Annecy est grandiose.Pour les randonnées je conseille de se rendre. Dans les environs d Annecy sur le site de l office du tourisme, très pratique !Un endroit locatif qu il ne faut……
