Cultus Lake Hotel with Pool

"Stayed in older section of hotel so room was dated but clean and quiet. Pool towels hard to get late at night but love the extended hours for the pools and the staff were great to deal with"

"Brand new Hearing Aids went missing from the room. Charged an extra $30.oo for parking. No clean towels for a 3 day stay, despite 3 promises. Will never stay here again"

"Average hotel in every aspect: Amenity- hotel was an old building with recent renovations, though the soundproofing is terribly poor. We were on 2nd floor and all the sounds made by the guest on the 3rd floor can be heard very clearly. Cleanliness - the Keurig coffee maker has the "Descale" light on, it seems it never gets descaled. Staff - I waited for 5 minutes at the front when checking in, and they refused to offer any connecting rooms or even put us on the same floor. "
