“Room was relatively well maintained. Staff was wonderful. Special accolades go to Perforio for finding us dinner reservations when all restaurants were booked during the week we were there. Dominga immediately helped locate my phone charger that I had left in the room after receiving an upgrade with much grace and kindness. Waitress Maria-she was so full of joy and happiness. Simply a pleasure to be around. Waiter Fernando was incredibly cordial and friendly. We enjoyed his hospitality……

“Although the shower was awkward because it wasn't enclosed and water got everywhere and there was no where to put your items in the shower like skincare etc...the rest of the hotel and staff were amazing. At least people spoke English and the pool area was always warm and open late. The staff was the best part of the stay. Consistent and friendly service and they always went out if their way. The restaurant was amazing too!!”

“Al Final no me aceptaron en la Propiedad que la Reserva de Expedía no llegó a tiempo el Joven de la Recepción Boracho o cosas aledañas la encargada arrogante aunque él le decía que si estaba la Reserva ella decía que NO y tuve que irme casi a la media noche buscar donde quedarme”

“Always great, best golf ressort in the world”

“The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again.”

“Did not stay - the room was dusty and lots of humidity. Allergies acted up a soon as we walked in”

“Had an excellent one night stay. Nice view of ocean and Catalina Island. Frank is a very good host and always attentive. Nice clean room with everything you need for your comfort. We enjoyed every minute of our stay with great conversations of life experiences with Frank. Would definitely stay again and enjoy a good wine next time. thank you Frank.”

“Está bien para el personal”

“Love this hotel in my top 3”

“It’s a budget hotel with no amenities. However what is lacking in luxury is far outweighed by the awesome staff there. It’s very safe and right in town. ”

“Un lugar seguro y tranquilo, la limpieza, el clima, todo bien”

“Fascinating place”

“Todo de maravilla”

“We had a good 7 days stay at this resort and enjoyed it. Nice swimming pools and when the sea water is calm you can snorkel and do some free-diving activities right off the resort. I am an experienced free-diver so, I enjoyed doing that when I could. I will return at some point in the future. One thing I must say, the buffet, snack and truck food are good but a bit too greasy… They should consider in lowering the greasy food. Other than that, a great resort to consider visiting. A very helpful……
