We provide all the amenities you will need to feel at home and the space is ideal for families traveling with young children. The building was built in 1910 and is a part of the City’s history however it has been completely updated into a modern space. The main bedroom is very spacious and features a comfortable Queen bed. The kitchen features a beautiful antique door to serve as an island so guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or a dinner for two. The laundry room has both washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent.

While we hope you enjoy being out and about, please make yourself at home by enjoying all your creature comforts of home to include a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime. Also feel free to connect your devices to the internet using the available WIFI network.

Although the space is designed to host two people comfortably, we do provide an additional foldable Twin size bed with very comfy mattresses that can be placed in the living room or bedroom.

There is a couch and a love seat that can be used for kids. (clean sheets are provided to cover couches) The building is a duplex and the second unit can be booked as well for larger groups. Please see our other listing at "Relax at The Flats @ Hambright's Alley, UnitB"

Regarding pets: We have a pet fee per pet for pets up to 25lbs. This helps us do the extra work needed to provide a totally clean environment after each guest. Please let us know if you are bringing any furbabies and if it's large than 25lbs.
