Cozy Cottage

Lovely little place! Perfect for 2 adults and our dog for a long weekend getaway. It was very clean and instructions for check-in/check-out were clear. Thank you for a great stay!

It was a perfect little getaway for my husband and I of 15 years. We left the kids with family for the weekend and took some time for us. It was everything as pictured cozy, quiet, and relaxing. Which is what we needed to reconnect as husband and wife.

Cozy cabin

Cozy cabin is just as advertised. Very quiet mountain community. Close to everything but secluded. Good for couples wanting peace and quiet. Nice fire pit!

End of Summer Stay

For context to my review, my Dad and I stayed 5 nights/4 days and we were here to enjoy the last part of summer horseback riding, jet skiing on the lake, and hiking. If you like peace and quiet (outside of slight noise from Garrett Highway) and want to spend your time outdoors, this is your place. Very nice covered front porch and expansive fire pit area. The property was well-maintained inside and outside and the Vrbo listing was as advertised.

Very pleased

Only concern was perhaps not enough rugs for my dog to walk around comfortably. The wood floor was slippery and hard for him to grip when he walked on them. Otherwise, extremely please with my stay! I will certainly be visiting this place again in the future

Cozy Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The wifi worked most of the time, but there were times it went out. The location was perfect. The cabin has a nice wood stove. The check-in and check-out process was the easiest I have ever seen. Deep Creek Lake is a beautiful escape for relaxation and peace. We recommend going to Swallow Falls to see the waterfalls.

Cozy cottage weekend

Wonderful house ! Peaceful happy weekend. The propane for the grill was empty. Called and let someone know. Propane was promised but never delivered. No biggie, to us!

We checked out a day early: mattress was uncomfortable and the terrain surrounding the property was not conducive to walking our dog.

Perfect little cottage

We brought our 2 year old Lab pup and it was perfect. The location was secluded just enough and we all loved the covered front porch. The home was very well furnished with plenty of linens, dishes, etc and the bed was so comfortable. Good internet service but limited cell. We didn’t mind that since we could walk out a little bit to get service if we needed it. It was a vacation after all!

Great location. Plethora of outdoor activities nearby

Perfect getaway for me. Nearby fishing holes & hikes. Hot tub was clean and sweet relief after being out all day. Wood burning stove made every evening comfy (all the wood you could need INCLUDED) no cell service for Att&t, but enabling WiFi calling makes it possible. kitchen was well appointed. Easy breezy remote check-in & check-out. Book now, this property is a GEM.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weather sucked , place was very nice and clean , Too many houses nearby , I got the impression we would be more secluded than we were . Didnt see any bears .
