“Beautiful waterfall, great hotel, fantastic restaurant ”

“Everything was perfect, from the quaintness of the cabin to the communication with the host! It was exactly as described, and we came prepared! The only thing that didn’t go as planned was the hot plate, we couldn’t get our water to boil for some mac&cheese, but we had a backup! Our puppies loved paddling around in the water, and the scenery was to die for!”

“There is a delapatated, abandoned house on this property that is intentionally left out of photos. There is a narrow, unlevel path from the driveway down to the lakefront site that makes you cross over an ustable "bridge" made of house siding, and some uneven cinderblocks as "steps". You must traverse this to unolad gear and any time you access the honey bucket. The honey bucket is not cleaned before you arrive, but theres a cleaning fee for each day you stay. There are horsetail weeds……

“Stayed in mid-September for Tunnel Race Marathon which was coinvent for the finish area. Even though rooms are on lower (basement) level, it was warm and fan was not enough with European type bedding. Previous reviews had mentioned no air-conditioning. We were able to get an extra sheet instead of the duvet on the second night. Communication was good once established.”

“Two cabins on property. The photos they advertise are of the main cabin. Basically zero communication had to figure which one was my cabin on my own. Still a cute place to stay, just needs clear communication and show the second cabin or give option to choose which one.”

“Suspended above a rushing river on a quiet private road, we thoroughly enjoyed having our own private paradise. The house is beautiful, roomy and so well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cozying up to the outdoor fireplace every night after days spent hiking and exploring in this beautiful area. We loved the expansive kitchen, dining and living area where we could all be together while cooking, playing games and watching TV. There were plenty of towels and the beds were super……

“The cabin was a mixture of efficiency and modern, artsy design. The kitchen area was very well designed and we loved the design of the fridge. They had everything a couple would need, coffee, towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. it appeared that the cabin was totally updated within the past two years. The back yard and fire pit setting was awesome. Will definitely be coming back!!”
