"Absolutely loved our stay at Blackwood Valley Suites. Our tent and gazebo broke during the strong winds the night before and we didn’t know where else to go. Irwin was very accommodating and nothing was too much to ask. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud and the shower after a rough night in a tent was truly bliss. Plus it’s only a short drive from Balingup and Bridgetown. Beautiful scenery and just so peaceful. We will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful big house that offered a big living area, four very comfortable bedrooms, TV room and great kitchen with all the amenities you need. The huge deck out the back with amazing view was wonderful for a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. The house was lovely and warm, with reverse cycle a/con as well as a lovely log fire with chopped wood supplied. Everything was as per the photos, spotlessly clean and very private. "Our Hosts Michelle and Garry we're extremely friendly and accommodating. The cottage provides everything you need including a lovely view over the river and valley with quite a number native birds perching themselves on the veranda. The perfect environment for a relaxing time away. Definitely recommended."

"Absolutely beautiful place, even more beautiful than the photos . We were so impressed with how clean the property was and the hosts always responded right away. The mattress on the bed is very hard so just be aware of that - everything else in 10/10!! Amazing , we will be back!"
