「hotel is renovated beautifully, only breakfast place should open on time, almost half hour later is too late, better change the hours on the door... one person at the frontdesk , a girl, is not that friendly, at the frontdesk you expect a better attitude towards guests. Hotel is situated on a perfect place!」

「First, upon arrival, the room where I received the toilet was dirty. They did not clean it, and hair was everywhere. I had a room change. The second room I received was at the end of the hall in front of the staff storage closet. The smell of bleach was everywhere. The room was clean, but the tub had hair on it, and the floor next to the TV had hair. The restaurant's food was not good. I ordered a drink, and you could not taste the alcohol. The second day, housekeeping came to clean the room....

「The Fantastic Hotel was unlike any hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the Plus side: the taxi ride from the airport cost $ 25 USD. The gentleman working the front desk was exceptionally pleasant in English, French and Spanish. I got to meet his wife and kids and they were all very nice. The hotel was exceptionally quiet, the pool was very clean and refreshing. The elevator was very fast and quiet – my room # 305 was quite small, but adequate, with a queen-size bed, table with 2 chairs, small...
