"The room was fine the only problem was the $10.00 a day additional parking fee. Where do they think you should park your car if its not at the hotel you are staying at. That is a joke, I've stayed at a lot of hotels without having to pay parking fees. I will NOT stay again."

"The stay was overall just okay. The Tempur-Pedic bed was very comfortable, but the room itself was otherwise underwhelming. The biggest downside was the staff. The front desk employees were noticeably unfriendly and not very welcoming. When explaining parking, it was presented more as “parking costs this amount or you’ll be towed,” which felt like an odd and off-putting way to communicate that information. They also didn’t provide much information about the hotel’s amenities at check-in, and I later realized there were several things available that I wasn’t aware of during my stay. The breakfast was disappointing, and my room was not cleaned during my stay. Overall, it was an average experience, but the unfriendly service left the worst impression."

"Very disappointing stay overall. The only positives were free parking and continental breakfast, but the breakfast options were minimal and most of the bagels and croissants were stale. The hotel also has very poor sound insulation as we could hear carts and people talking in the hallway throughout the night. The biggest issue was the staff and housekeeping. Front desk employees were not friendly or helpful, and when I asked for extra towels I was told I had to bring my dirty towels down to exchange them, which seemed unusual and inconvenient. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. I stayed three nights and the room wasn’t cleaned until the last night despite being told it would be done earlier. When I asked for an extra blanket and pillow, the housekeeper made it seem like a major inconvenience. Overall, the lack of helpful service, noise issues, and inconsistent housekeeping made this a frustrating stay. I would not stay here again."

"While the stay was ok. I has to leave early and after I checked out I realized I had left a clothes bag in my room. I contacted the onsite guest services. Spoke with "Danielle" very nice and accomadating. She contacted house keeping and they were able to locate. "
