I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). 「Spacious room, beautiful view of Lago Villarrica. Good breakfast, though a bit heavy on the carbs. Staff was helfpul, though most had limited English--Apple Translate definitely helped. Steep, long, narrow driveway from highway up to hotel was a little intimidating, but luckily we never encountered another vehicle on it. Very good value for the price. 」
