The Host
Hello, I am Kadress and thank you for viewing our listing. My wife and I have been in the
hospitality business for now more than 5 years. It has certainly been an exciting time for us
as we have met so many people all around the world and have also made some close
friends.
I am also a specialist in the maritime ship model replicas which is my other business. During
my spare time I enjoy hiking and cycling all over the island.
Property information
Bobato Property has 4 fully furnished apartments designed for short and long stays.
The modernly decorated, open-plan apartments give a sense of comfort and a place to
unwind after a long day visiting our beautiful island. The apartment each has its own balcony
where you can relax and enjoy the fresh breeze at night.
Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. If you are
a family of 5 with the fifth child being less than 5 years old, please get in touch before
booking.
You can also enjoy fresh baked treats for breakfast at Patel Bleu patisserie which is a 3-
minute walking distance from the apartments. In addition, opposite to Bobato property, is Le
Sapin D’or which is a restaurant where you can indulge in some Mauritian cuisine.
Location
The property is walking distance to Trou Aux Cerf, the famous dormant volcano and to
Curepipe Town centre.
Its location has easy access to the national bus and taxi service to Curepipe town centre
where you can catch the metro to explore other town centres and the city of Port Louis.
Facilities
Each apartment has fully equipped kitchen.
The property provides a washing machine facility which is shared amongst the 4 apartments.
Please be advised we provide one towel per guest and do not provide bathroom essentials
due to allergies.
Wi-Fi is available to all apartments.
Please note the property does not require Aircon due to its high-altitude location on the
island. In Mauritius summer (November to April), Curepipe, located on the Central Plateau,
is cooler than the coast, with average temperatures around 22°C (72°F) during the day and
slightly cooler at night. Each Apartment does have a fan if needed.
Parking
Please note the property has a parking facility for 1 vehicle per apartment.

Neighbourhood information
Curepipe, also known as La Ville-Lumière, is a town in Mauritius, located mainly in the
Plaines Wilhems District. Its eastern part lies in the Moka District. Known for its colonial
architecture, the town is administered by the Municipal Council of Curepipe. 
Trou aux Cerfs is a dormant volcano surrounded by lush green forest, including indigenous
plants and pine trees
