Beautiful fully furnished and equipped 2-level colonial house in gated condominium, just 5 minutes from downtown Curiti. In our house you will find the best option to rest surrounded by a unique landscaping, pleasant climate, colonial architecture and excellent social areas.
The space
The house is located in Curiti, Santander, is a beautiful 210 m2 corner colonial house in the exclusive Buragua Condominium. The house has four spacious rooms each with private bathroom, social bathroom, large parking lot, large integral kitchen, laundry patio, dining room. EXCELLENT FINISHES.

Colonial architecture, with tennis court, ecological park, infinity pool, children's pool, sauna, multiple court, BBQ terrace, game room, gym, social room, Barichara stone tracks, underground nets, treadmill lock.

Just 10 minutes from San Gil, the tourist capital of Santander, in the quiet village of the mists and beautiful Curiti sunsets, located in the best condominium in the region.
