“Near airport , few shop and restaurant. lobby have free wifi and if you reg the member,you can get the free a bottle of madeira wine,a bottle of water and fruit.No air-con and fan in room ,but we feel cold as the wind.Beautiful view .You can take bus to Funchal,around 15min and cost around 2Euro/way”

“Emplacement de choix, au cœur de funchal, près de tout. Attention il s’agit de quelques appartements dans une bâtisse qui contient autre choses, donc pas de service 24/24 à la réception. Les appartements sont grands et le stationnement inclus à même la bâtisse. La piscine est agréable.”

“Receptionist (long brown hair working mornings) was extremely helpful, and went out of her way to assist us, and always remembered us. We needed extra support and required additional days as I broke my leg during our visit to Madeira. She helped us with booking additional nights, breakfast, directions to medical support, and luggage storage. The staff in the restaurant were also helpful in aiding me with seating with a huge cast (needed extra space around it so I didn't get bumped by other……

“We stayed in this Appart hotel for 1 week. I must recognise personnel is very friendly , especially Helder who was helpful and prompt in our requests of support. Pool downstairs is nice and calm. Buffet at dinner is of high quality. The only drawback from our point of view is the kitchen having only one cooker and not many stoves, cutleries and pans for anything more than just a small and quick breakfast.”

“Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel after a long trip from Canada , only to be told there were no rooms for us. We had booked 2 rooms several months ago. We were told by the front staff that a terrible thing happened to the rooms and they couldn’t allow us to use them. They had made other arrangements to have us stay at another hotel. My husband and I put alot of time into finding the right place for us. The place they put us in was a much older hotel and not what we would have booked.”
