"This beautiful condo was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 1 child! It had all the things we needed or wanted to have a fabulous beach vacation:*spacious and clean*comfortable *well-appointed with necessary items plus games and beach toys*close to the beach (5 min or less walk)*pool*close to lots of stores and restaurantsWe would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"House was just as described. Great proximity to beach, comfortable beds (except for one of the twin beds), nice open space upstairs. Pool was great for the grandkids. Not a lot of pantry space to put groceries, but we made do. Nice wide beach and beautiful weather. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"One of the things I would change is the company they get their linens from as when we arrived there were totes of linens just sitting in the driveway. When they brought new linens on Friday before our departure they never even picked up the old dirty linens which were still sitting in the driveway and sticking out of the totes which were visible to us and also bugs."

"The property was the perfect size for our family of four. The easy walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood was a plus. Conveniently to shopping and dining. Constructive feedback for future renters to come prepared: no extra pillows or blankets were available, no fans in the bedrooms, the outside storage was shared with the complex. Would rent again."

"Very nice to have all the space to spread out for our extended family. We enjoy having a larger place and being able to wake up and eat all of our meals together. It’s difficult for our family to find a place that will accommodate our needs and this one worked. We appreciated having a pool on site and two full kitchens."

"Everything was as it was stated in the property description. However, it was not great that when we first got to the property, there was NO hand soap or even a scrap of toilet paper for us as we had been on the road (thru Duck) for quite a bit and had a need for a bathroom. When we left, we cleaned everything and we left some trash bags, toilet paper in each bathroom and some paper towel and hand soap. Some basics like that would be helpful for guests checking in after us. Loved the property and the fact that we could log in to our TV options and then set the date that they would delete from the system. Loved the secluded location and the private access to the beach. Would definitely come back!"

"Sea Time has a great location. Five minute walk to the beach and very close to grocery and beach shopping. Clean, up to date, well stocked kitchen with all bedrooms spacious and living area stocked with games and activities. A great choice for families."
