“This condo is in the perfect location and so incredibly clean. The kitchen had everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. I am 71 and the walk down to the beach was fine for me. Just take your time walking back up! Rainbow rock is worth walking through. We would for sure stay there again. And...Valarie is the best!”

“My daughter, son-in-law and I had a lovely visit. We were all able to enjoy the beach at Harris State Park, which had a ramp access for me, and my daughter enjoyed the beach access from the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets, and the whole place was spotless. My only downside was the three flights of steps I had to maneuver with my cane, and the downstairs neighbor who erroneously told the owner we had two cars and a baby with us. ”

“Roomy and comfortable condo with an absolutely amazing view of Rainbow Rock beach. The place was quiet and felt kind of remote even though in reality you were only a few minutes' drive into Brookings and all the stores and restaurants. The only downside was the decor is a bit dated. Everything is clean and well kept, but the decor, bathrooms and kitchen appliances could all do with an update.”

“What a wonderful stay right on the ocean with a gorgeous view. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped and close to many beaches, jet boating, national and state parks and pickleball courts. Check-in was easy and a garage for the car was an added bonus. This is also a gated community, so that’s added security, as well. We highly recommend this stay; you will not be disappointed.”

“Beautiful property! Had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean. Road was a little loud but they had earplugs and we had no issues sleeping. The area was cool but didn’t expect the large homeless population. Didn’t have any issues though. We would def stay here again, highly recommend it. ”

“Loved the condo and the view! Clean and well appointed! We will be back!”

“The access code to the key box was not correct, but repeated in all correspondence!!! But other than that snafu there were no issues! Helpful hints—-Maybe leave an extra garage bag or 2! Upstairs deck chairs are cracked and the stairwell lights need replaced. Upstairs guest bath drains too slow. Directions on how to manage trash and recycling would be helpful! We really loved our stay!”

“This was the perfect spot for our family. We loved walking down to the beach at low tide and finding the cave tunnel! Also enjoyed the trail out back. Amazing views, clean and QUIET property. Will definitely come again!”

“The home was comfortable and provided outstanding views of the ocean and sea stacks. The kitchen could use updated appliances. All of the interior doors need to be shaved so they are not rubbing the new carpet. Functionality of the doors was difficult. While the direct access to the beach from the home is closed down, the access to the beach was still convenient with a very short walk up the road. ”
