“Kids and I spent the weekend here. It was as lovely as described. When we arrived the lights were left on for us as well as the gas fireplace. It was a pleasant surprise since we arrived so late. The house has vintage decor which gave a very “home” type feeling. Very spacious but still cozy. Knowing this is an option makes it easier to get back up there again. Hopefully sooner than last time. ”

“The pictures don’t do it justice! I felt this was better than I expected. Plenty of room. We had 8 adults and one kid. The kitchen was well stocked. “Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. Even my barely mobile 84 year-old mother-in-law could get down to the beach to watch us kayak and swim. My only tiny complaint is that the knives in the kitchen were almost too dull to use,……
