fair room feature, poor service. fair breadfast. there was one night room with no water at 8pm, went down to reception to ask is problem in my room, and wait for 30 mins still no feedback, and have to go down to reception to ask again, and finally said it is the city issue, entire street with no water until next day 4am, i was shocked since not even have water to flush toilet and ask if there bottle water provided, reception only said she need ask boss then also no feedback again. please train the staff for emergency response.

Location is good, many restaurants around. Staffs are nice and helpful expecially Rosy. She is good in English and help me a lot no matter on call taxi, Flight booking confirmation and online check in. I am very appreciate since I don't know any Español. Since we will facing some noise around because there are some people will wake up at around 4am due to they may join some Inca Trail tour or some other local tour. But that is not the problem caused by Hotel itself. Of course, this Hotel is not a Five Star Hotel and is not perfect. but for this price and services, I will definite will book this hotel again if I back to Cusco. I also recommend this hotel. Hotel Huascaran is a nice small hotel near the city center. Staff were very nice, helpful and considerate. Property is pretty, a light breakfast is included and they have 24 hour reception. Rooms are basic but clean. May want to bring a washcloth, they don’t have them (or anywhere in Cusco really). We enjoyed our stay!

This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone. She went above and beyond to help us. Both Vanessa and Joshua went above and beyond for us. They are so kind and hospitable

The staff was so helpful from allowing us to store our large luggage while we went to Machu Picchu to arranging a special last minute tour to the Sacred Valley as well as preparing a nice breakfast with made to order eggs. This is a small family run hotel, centrally located, well run and a very nice place to stay.
