The staff here were fantastic. They helped us get taxis and even packed lunches for us when we went away on day trips. Our room was great- it had a balcony overlooking Qoricancha, a huge bathroom, a little living room and a fridge. Breakfast and coffee were prepared for us daily in the cafe next door as part of the hotel stay.

It wasn’t the cleanest mold in shower, water didn’t drain so your standing in a pool of water , toilet set up is stupid you have to hold the lid entire time because the counter is in the way , no AC room got very hot only one window to open and it’s behind the tv and black out curtains no fan to circulate air …

Loved the staff. The room was spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Slightly odd design in the bathroom as the toilet lid couldn't open all the way. Very quiet as well. And definitely try the pastries at the shop out front. Delish!

The staff was excellent. The room was beautiful, great views and nice jacuzzi tub. The entrance and hallways could use some updates (new carpet), and it would be nice to have more selection for the breakfast options. The location of the hotel is excellent, very central and walkable to the main Plaza de Armas. I think it's a little expensive and would be a better value if it was may $20 less.
