「Good」

「Good location. Near to the plaza de Armas. Easy access to anywhere Very helpful staff Value for money」

「Great modern room, new built is excellent. The catch is on the location, it need 10 minutes walk on mild slope to the major attractions. Felt great with their price tag overall」

「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is...

「We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.」

「Property was clean, very welcoming. The front desk lady was very professional and share information like restaurants near by and things we could do around there also great customer service with breakfast information and time.」

「It was a budget hotel next to the airport. Rooms were really cold, and it took a while for the water to warm up. Friendly staff. Spartan room with older TV. Breakfast 7-9 am, checkout 10am. Both kind of early. Let us store bags on checkout day for free.」

「Excellent staff and clean room」

「One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff and accommodations were amazing. Highly recommended.」

「We had an excellent stay at Apu Mountain Lodge. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the breakfast each day was great and it was a quick Uber to all different parts of the city.」
