Liked: Staff & service
We spent one night here and are glad that was all. Even though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was very small and you could hear everything through the door. No air control like heating was also inconvenient. Breakfast was included with the room. We asked for a queen but the bed felt more like a full. We wouldn’t come back unfortunately.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing and very friendly. If we return to Cusco, we would absolutely stay there again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We were on the 3rd floor. No elevator just stairs, staff went way ahead of us didn’t know which floor. Did not help with luggage. Signs in the room stating if we soil any linen we will pay for it. Also sign stating that we should declare our valuables at check in and if anything gone missing they will not be held responsible. Signs saying we should be quiet or we will be kicked out but the staff was very loud. They even brought their kids to work that kept crying. Shoes on the table top. Shower curtain looks like it has never been washed. Sink kept backing up. We had an early excursion and we have to be knocking on the staff door for about five mins for someone to let us out. We only spent one night there and booked another hotel uretal
