Es verdad, no contamos con acensor ya que nuestro estabecimiento esta ubicado en una zona protegida del Cusco y esta prohibido tener este tipo de instalacion dentro de los hospedajes. Como se neceitaria instalar en el subsuelo, se podrian danar vestigios incas enterados. Acerca de llevar las valijas, estuvimos efectivamente estuvimos 5 dias sin Bell boy porque se enfermo de un momento a otro. Pero ya contamos con el de nuevo asi que no se preocupe ayudamos a nuestros pasajeros a ingresar en sus habitaciones con su equipaje. Nuevamente muchas gracias por su comentario. Dear M. We are so surprised to read your comment and to know that you didn't enjoy anything. The staff attention and our breaksfast are supposed to be one of our strong points especially when you know that the breakfast is a courtesy and use to be good, the comments of the other passengers testify it. The coffee Eusebio y Manolo is indeed a good option to have a breakfast but how to compare a buffet including several hot drinks, 3 homemade jams, several varieties of bread and croissants, olives, tomatoes, avocado, fresh fruit juices, 3 types of yogurt, 2 hot dishes, honey, dulce de leche, a homemade cake, eggs on demand, 4 types of freshly cut fruits, ham, cheese with a coffee where you have to pay each element a small fortune. The Illa hotel is located in the oldest district of Cusco, the district of San Blas.
