「I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again.」

「It’s a very beautifully rustic hotel. It felt cozy. Rooms are big and spacey. Staff are very nice and helpful. The Continental Breakfast was good and had lots of option. The Waterpark was just right for smaller kids and the Arcade was a hit as well. Would stay again. The only bad thing my family and I agreed upon was the mattresses were not comfortable. We were glad we brought our own pillows.」

Only two K-cups, we were there for 3 days. The next day I was able to ask a room cleaner for some more coffee and towels, towels...

「I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. 」

「First, staff were very hard to understand. I called the office to get the Wifi password, and ended up having to walk to the office to get it. Secondly, there was no ice available. Thirdly, the bathtub drained very slowly when taking a shower. Thirdly, the bathroom was not clean.
