The cabins are currently under construction, unkept, dirty and not private.The property owners/managers are a no show to whom you have to communicate via text message. Wi-fi is non existent, most cabins are duplexes (not exactly the peaceful getaway that one would expect for the price point) the spa, hot tub and sauna are defunct (which are advertised directly on their site) Nothing about this location justifies the 3x per night cost compared to...

「The house was clean and organized. Everything you could need for your stay is provided. We met Jim at check-in. He showed us where everything was and how it worked. The outdoor patio is really nice. Even on a rainy evening. The hot tub is nice and warm and relaxing. Very convenient to downtown. Would recommend even for multiple families.」
