“Always stay there because staff is friendly”

“A lot of trash bags were full all around the property. We had a portable air conditioner in our room??? Died the air not work???”

“No waffles but the biscuits and gravy were good. Kcups would be preferred in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Id stay there again”

“The garage parking is a problem because every time you enter and leave a ticket is issued or required to leave. There are exceptions, but it is really not that conven ient because the city owns the parking.”

“It’s a bed for the night is as good as I can say. If you’re just there for 1-2 nights maybe then it’s alright and good price. We stayed for 6 nights with 2 kids. There were signs saying property is currently being renovated so maybe some of this will be better in a few months or something. TV stopped working after first night. Even after they fixed it on our last full day with a new cablebox it still wasn’t working right. Pool shutdown during a few of the days to be half emptied and……

“Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. People were itching their initials around the pool in the scum. So needless to say the breakfast were not that good. It has gone downhill. Very disappointing. Won't……

“Newly renovated, Friendly staff”

“Room was clean, large size with couch. Everything is a step above all the other hotels we typically stay in, such as IHG, BW, etc. Did not hear any noise in hallway or other rooms. Mattress was very comfortable and nice linens. Highly recommend.”

“They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.”
