「Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider gar nicht. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre längst hinter sich, verlangt dafür aber sehr selbstbewusste (und für den Standort unangemessene) Preise. Der angepriesene Pool ist teilweise geschlossen und schmutzig, ein Spa gibt es (derzeit?) gar nicht. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut, dafür ist allerdings die Lage zentral und sicher. Sehr positiv ist das liebevoll zubereitete und reichhaltige Frühstück....

「La ubicación es ideal y el hotel es lindo, pero hay varios puntos a mejorar. La piscina no funciona y aunque nos permitieron usar la de otro hotel, no es conveniente (ni lo acordado al pagar). Tampoco hay personal en el hotel, nos quedamos sin papel higiénico y no pudimos obtener más. Como último punto, una gran cantidad de blanqueador fue añadida a los tanques de agua, y al bañarnos nos ardieron demasiado los ojos y la piel de la cara, deberían tener más precaución.」

「Wat een heerlijk boutique hotel. Hotel Don Pepe heeft sfeer, karakter en vooral: een kloppend hart. Ik heb hier echt genoten. De zachte bossa nova op de achtergrond, de warme en persoonlijke inrichting, de fijne ligging in het historische centrum én 150m van het strand: alles klopt. Het personeel is ongelooflijk attent en vriendelijk, onder de persoonlijke begeleiding van manager Claudia. Je voelt je hier geen nummer, maar echt gezien als gast. Ook de eigenaar is regelmatig op de achtergrond...

Localização excelente Como hospedagem, não me agrada a ausencia de funcionario desde as 14 horas até as 7 do dia seguinte. Houve um problema de insuficiencia de sabonete, que acabou demorando demasiadamente para ser sanado. Café da manhã continental, de boa qualidade, porém servido em pequena quantidade e sem poder repetir」
