「From the moment we arrived til the time we left all staff we met made a big positive impact with our stay. Check in, bar, dining and service staff were great. As we are on an extended trip of 3 months staff changed our room to thd lower floor so we didn't have to lug our suitcases upstairs. 「 Room was perfect for my needs. The hotel grounds are just stunning Breakfast in a castle is pretty top tier! Good options for breakfast and everything was well cooked and delicious, had more a bed and breakfast feels rather than hotel with more intimate table service. I would have preferred better quality and more options with bread, rather than low quality white and brown sliced for toast that was served. I did feel this let down the breakfast.
