「Not far from Magazine street, parking was easy, big beds, good water pressure. Quick drive/uber to French Quarter and nice neighborhood to explore shops and corner bars.」

「First class property. Great dock on the water with lights for night fishing. Caught a few gar at night. Full kitchen, large TV, ice machine, and the best cleaning station were great amenities to have. If you plan to watch football, plan ahead and use an account like Google TV. Had to use emergency override to operate the lift. No big deal once we got it figured out. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「Paul was an amazing host. He made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He provided a list of places to see and eat. The parking was right outside the door. Freret street is within a blocks walk with shopping and restaurants near by. The cottage was exactly as described clean, nicely decorated and AC was ice cold. Great on hot and humid days. Very close to the Street car. And easy access to the French Quarter. Only thing negative is the bed is small could use a queen or King size bed in room....

「10/10 experience. Beautiful space, in a great location! The place was immaculate and had tons of amenities. Walking distance from Tipitina’s and plenty of other great spots to check out! Would highly recommend staying here and will certainly book again when coming back to New Orleans!」

「Our GPS took us straight here. The host was in contact with me and answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. The check was very easy and they included pictures just in case of where and how to get into the house. Every thing was clean and it definitely felt like home when we walked in. 「The house is right on the water across from several large fishing boats. It was neat to see them and the pelicans. The host communicated well. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the place. The showers still had bars of soap and hair from the last guest. I had to find cleaner and clean the showers myself so we could shower. There were dirty underwear under my bed and dirty socks under another bed. As much as I paid for one night, I'd expect a clean house at least.」
