Die Wohnung Hohe Lith 03.28 ist super ausgestattet, sauber und ermöglicht, einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Der Service von Cuxland ist großartig. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise ist alles toll organisiert, alle sehr freundlich und ständig erreichbar. Ich kann Cuxland und diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne, geräumige und sehr gut durchdachte Wohnung. Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 7, 6) dort und haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt. Nah am Strand, kurze Fußwege ins Zentrum, wo man alles bekommt was man braucht. Strandkorb inklusive war super. Poolbereich ist toll, aber kann zu begehrten Reisezeiten schon sehr voll sein. Insgesamt ist die Residenz Hohe Lith (wir waren schon vor Ort, jedoch in einer anderen Wohnung) absolut empfehlenswert. Der Kontakt vorab mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich. Auch die Mitarbeiterin von Cuxland FeWo Service vor Ort war super freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Absolute Weiterempfehlung und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Fewo mit allem Nötigen. Angenehme 2 geräumige Bäder. Gut für 4 Personen, zusätzlich ist noch die Couch da, was ich persönlich dann zu eng finden würde. Ausreichend Geschirr ist vorhanden. Meerblick durch die Bäume durch. Es ist nicht weit zum Wasser. Tiefgaragenstellplatz inklusive. Fahrstuhl. Großer Balkon. Münz-Waschraum mit Trockener auf der 4. Etage.

Wir waren insgesamt ...

Wir waren insgesamt zu fünft (vier Erwachsene, ein Baby) in der Wohnung und würden diese uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und die Lage sind einfach super. Fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen und man wohnt ganz in der Nähe vom Meer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Cuxland Fewo Service lief auch sehr gut, jede Frage wurde freundlich und zügig beantwortet. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit reichlich Ausstattung

Wir haben zu 6 die Wohnung bezogen. An sich kann man nur winzige Kleinigkeiten bemängeln. Die Wohnung ist behindertengerecht und ausreichend für 6 Personen. Leider ist die Schlafcouch durchgelegen, an sich aber noch grad so ok. Der Rest der Familie war zufrieden mit den Betten. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. In der Küche sind von der Salatschleuder bis zu Weingläsern alle möglichen Dinge vorhanden. Es hat alles funktioniert und war sauber (Etwas mehr Staub unter den Betten als es sein sollte, aber noch ok). Der Service ist bombe. Ich empfehle diese Ferienwohnung und die Vermietung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Sehr nett und Hilfsbereit! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die vorherige Reinigung war nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Wir würden aber trotzdem jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider wurden im Schwimmbad wassertesta gemacht. Da die Ergebnisse noch nicht da waren, stand uns der gesamte Bereich nicht zu Verfügung- sehr zu enttäuschung unserer Kinder

Objekt wunderschön, die vorherige Endreinigung war nicht einwandfrei ("Wollmäuse" im gesamten Raum). Untere Dusche Geruchsentwicklung. Abfluß oder Belüftung. Ansonsten alles super!

Die Ferienwohnung war wirklich sehr schön und sauber. Auch das gesamte Umfeld machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Etwas nervig war nur, dass es in der Ferienwohnung nicht die übliche Info-Mappe gab. Stattdessen musste man eine Smartphone-App herunterladen, die aber leider eher etwas unübersichtlich gestaltet war.
