Welcome to Residence Hohe Lith, an exclusive holiday apartment complex with four modern buildings in a prime location in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. Located directly behind the dike and just 50 meters from the fine sandy North Sea beach, you can enjoy relaxing holidays in stylishly furnished apartments.

As representatives of approximately 100 Type B holiday apartments, we would like to introduce you to the features of these comfortable apartments. Since the apartments are individually furnished, the furnishings and decor may vary slightly.

Comfortable Amenities

The two-room holiday apartments can accommodate up to four people and are easily accessible by elevator. The apartments are located on the first through fourth floors and each has a furnished balcony.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen TV. The cozy living area features a high-quality sofa bed with two full-size sleeping spaces. Entertainment is provided by a large satellite TV, DVD player, and a stereo system.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes:

The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

All buildings have an elevator that runs from the underground parking garage to the upper floors. The underground parking garage provides easy access to all buildings and the on-site wellness area.
