“My wife and I come to the San Diego area to watch our daughter play soccer. We opted to stay out of the busy city and in this tiny home. This was our first time in a tiny home and we loved it! We'd wake up and have a coffee poolside and enjoy the views, go to the beach and soccer games during the day, and then come back and relax in the tiny house the rest of the night. One night we visited the closest winery, Turtle Rock Ridge, and had a few glasses of sangria. I definitely recommend! Becky was……

“We enjoyed it very much. Celebrated my birthday on the 4th… Went out lake, got pies, went to the beach… So much to do, so much fun! 10/10”

“Sweet cottage, perfect for our family of 4.Clean, nicely decorated, plenty of towels/blankets. Appliances look new. Didn’t do any cooking on this trip but kitchen looked well stocked with anything we would need. Cara was easy to communicate with. Check in was very easy. Good location near downtown.”

“It is a quaint little rustic cabin tucked away in the woods. The deck is lovely spot to spend a morning drinking some coffee and watching the variety of birds that fly by. I had an issue with my truck and was able to quickly communicate with John about staying an extra day and even getting to check out a little later, closer to when my truck would be fixed.Definitely recommend staying here!”

“The beds were comfortable. We loved the coziness and warmth of the fireplace. The stained glass windows are so pretty and the views are gorgeous. The cleaning crew could do a better job. There was a pull-out cutting board that hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival and water was pooled at the bottom of the fridge with pieces of food floating in it. We stayed for one week and there was only 1 roll of paper towels provided, 1 additional roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extra trash……

“As the description suggests, this is a tiny little house. Kitchen is good for pre-made food brought in to store and eat. Bed is comfy and the place had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Julian.”

“We had a great weekend celebrating my sisters 40th birthday. This house was was perfect. We loved everything about it, especially the big windows! We loved learning the story behind the home and the Littlehale family. It was the perfect get away. Would definitely stay at this home again in the future! ”

“I decided at the last minute to get away for four days to a VERY quiet place because my sweet, calm dog is terrified of fireworks: he trembled all night. Medicine from the vet last year didn’t help much at all. We didn’t hear a single firework at the Bungalow. It’s such a unique place; so much of the history has been carefully preserved. The great room is HUGE. Many large couches, lots of sitting chairs, several tables for generations of families or large groups. All modern kitchen appliances,……

“It's in the woods, but close to a biker bar. They were amazingly respectful of noise and were gone by 6PM on a Saturday night, so while the live entertainment was nice during the day and into early evening, it was quiet and peaceful at night. The cabin has all the basic needs and is very comfortable.”

“The property was perfect… at site 11 there is an old tree with birds of all colors, wordpeckers, nesting birds all day. We had two great hikes and the pie and ice crean in Julian. We will be back soon.”
