“Super quiet, clean and comfy bed.”

“This is a nice, quiet, out of town get a way place. We enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning. We appreciated the host having the outside lights on for us when we arrived. The beds are comfortable and the place is well maintained. I would recommend bringing toilet paper. The host told us they offered limited toilet paper. I just didn’t realize it would only be the roll on the dispenser. The host communicated well before we arrived, checked on us during our stay and then the day of our……

“It was very nice but we got there late at night and then left early. But it was very nice!”

“Cute cottage and the hospitality was amazing. Had a refrigerator with the making of breakfast to include farm fresh eggs!. And a few more extras that were a nice surprise. Need a get away? This is an excellent stay.”

“We loved our stay at Walden Retreats. Becky checked us in and was so welcoming and informative of our tent and things to do while we were there. I was worried that the tent would be warm in the first of August, but we kept the shades down during the day and the fans on. My husband and I actually woke up cold in the morning, so we were just fine. I couldn't believe how clean the tent itself was. They had special touches like robes, luxury bath towels, and fantastic smelling shampoo and……

“We loved this little oasis. It felt so homey and so private! Tami had everything we could possibly need to enjoy a couple days away. Would love to bring our kids back!”

“Overall experience was nice. The atmosphere and location were great but I didn’t like the fact it was only one ac unit that was working properly. I understand TX heat, but it just took too long to cool off the cabin. Travis, the host however was amazing! Communicating with him was superb. He answered my calls/texts right away and was very polite and helpful! My friend and I enjoyed our stay!”

“Perfect glamping cabin. Just as described. Thanks again.”

“Had a bit of issue with the ac and stove upon arrival but the hosts were immediately available to resolve the problems. Outside showers were perfect and soaking pools were very relaxing. Cows, Chickens, Deer, a Fox! Overall a great stay for our Honeymoon.”

“Great stay & great people!”

“Was a very comfortable stay and really clean”

“very good location and HSB was empty”

“This was not as advertised. There isn't a safe path to the water, and once you get there it looks post-apocolyptic at best thanks to the alligator gar skeletons and murky water. Also, this says it sleeps 4, but there's only a full size bed in the corner of the room. So it sleeps 2 uncomfortably close. We left shortly after we arrived.”

“Beautiful condo. Lake view is gorgeous. Very good food”

“This was the perfect place to stay for TbarM camp family weekend! It was adorable, clean and had everything we needed! We will certainly return!”

“Have stayed at this property several times. Always a great experience. Very peaceful sitting on front porch for breakfast listening to the sounds of birds and the wind in the trees. Still close to town and about an hour or less to our favorite wineries.”

“This property was spotless and well stocked for our first day. The only problem we had (after 12 hours of traveling) was the instructions arrived in 4 different emails and 1 text. It would have been much easier if the gave the directions with the gate code, followed by the instructions to access key with the code, and finally how to get into unit. The app was useless since you had to get a code every time you opened it.”
