“My room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very friendly and willing to help if there was any problems. I have stayed in this hotel twice before, as it is very convenient for being in the centre of town. When I go back | will stay there again.”

“It was the second time here and we would return one day as overall it was a good stay. The staff were very quick to respond, helpful and friendly. The whole property felt safe, clean and well maintained. The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. There was air con and a smart TV , a washing machine and kitchen - basically a home away from home. Improvements : The indoor 'spa' pool was far too cold, and this ruined the experience. One of our showers was in a bad condition……

“Spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice view. However, the curtains don’t block the sunlight well, making the room very bright early in the morning. Also, only hand soap was provided—no shampoo or shower gel, even though there were towels. As a result, I had to buy a €3.50 shower gel from the supermarket inside the reception, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some of the lights were broken.”
