“Friendly staff. Modern hotel. Great breakfast with a wide variety of choice and I love it! (They change menu everyday and I didn’t get bored!) A bit confusing using the lift. “Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.”

“Really good apartment hotel. Receptionist is very friendly. The room is also really clean.”

“Nice small hotel on a boat! Guess it's on water but doesn't feel "floating". A bit difficult to find the entrance upon arrival (next to river, beneath main road, taxi driver didn't know), but easily sorted out afterwards. Room a bit small but all essential stuffs are there. Equipped with nespresso coffee machine. Bed was nice and comfortable. Not too noisy as it's not next to main street. Overall satisfied with the experience. ”
